Attendees: President Conwell, Vice President Jacobson, Secretary Stroschein, Director Kibler Treasurer Watts.  

1. Call to order – President Conwell @ 7:04 PM
2. Report of Notice of meeting – Agenda mailed out 10/26/2021, signs out 10/30/2021 – C. Conwell

4. Disposal of Unapproved Minutes – October 4th, 2021 – Business Meeting (L. Jacobson, J. Kibler) 
5. Report of Officers – State of Treasury – Treasurer Watts 
   1. Monthly Treasurers report (L.  Jacobson, A. Stroschein)

   1. Compliance Committee Report 
      • One home had a mailed letter advising of infraction
   1. ACC Committee Report 
      • Pre-fine letters are on hold pending for hurricane related repairs
   1. Beautification Committee Report
      • Lights installed on Elodie Retention Pond fences – request to modify installation of 1-2 to provide more lighting. Will investigate
      • Halloween decorations added to Fall décor.

   • Annual Assessment Amount $100 – Mailed out in December – (L. Jacobson, J. Kibler)
   • Annual Packet Approval – Mailed in December to all homes except Board (L. Jacobson, A. Stroschein)
