- 10 dues assessments past due, letters sent out on March 2nd, 2022 with $25 late fee. If not received by April 1, subsequent past due certified letters to be sent. April 15th is absolute deadline before lien process is started. Attorney costs will be around $400 per lien, that will be in addition to the late fee.
