Due to unexpected circumstances with a member of the board and one being out of town, the board will not be able to establish a quorum.
We are sending out the agenda as a reminder of active items that the board is working on. The next meeting will be the Annual Member Meeting on February 6th at 7:00 PM.  It is being held at St. Sylvesters church in room 204.

9. BOD Business Meeting Open Forum (a) – Rules adopted per Florida Statute 720.303(2)(b) 
   1. Community members may speak on any designated agenda topic presented at business meeting after signing in at the beginning of the meeting
   1. Members are requested to limit their address to five minutes on each topic with total time allotted to each speaker not to exceed 20 minutes. 
   1. Members must disclose that recording or videotaping of meeting is taking place. 
10. The next meeting, Annual Member Meeting, will be scheduled on Monday February 6th, 2022, at St. Sylvester Church at 7:00 PM.
