2. Report of Notice of meeting – Agenda mailed out 03/28/2024, signs out 03/29/2024

4. Disposal of Unapproved Minutes –January 8th, 2024 – Business Meeting (Motion Required) 
5. Report of Officers – State of Treasury – Treasurer Watts
   1. Monthly Treasurers report (Motion Required)  
6. Committee Reports 
   1. Compliance Committee Report 
   2. ACC Committee Report 
      1. Current out of compliance homeowner is still going through litigation with the state of Florida Insurance Board
   3. Beautification Committee Report
      1. Lawn Care Contract:
         1. Two proposals at this time
         2. Andrews Lawn Service @$600 per month
         3. Southern Lawns @$500 per month
7. Old Business 
   1. As of March 28^th, 8 homeowners are past due. Past Due letters were mailed on March 5th. Certified letters for 30 day notification of final notice will be sent on sent on 4/10/2024. Legal counsel has been approached in case needed.
8. New Business
   1. Remaining meeting schedule for 2024
      1. June 3rd; September 9th; October 7th, November 4th, and December 2nd
9. BOD Business Meeting Open Forum (a) – Rules adopted per Florida Statute 720.303(2)(b) 
   1. Community members may speak on any designated agenda topic presented at business meeting after signing in at the beginning of the meeting
   2. Members are requested to limit their address to five minutes on each topic with total time allotted to each speaker not to exceed 20 minutes. 
   3. Members must disclose that recording or videotaping of meeting is taking place. 
10. The next meeting, Business Meeting, will be scheduled on Monday June 3rd, 2024, at St. Sylvester Church at 7:00 PM.
