| 1. Call to order – President Conwell 2. Report of Notice of meeting – Agenda mailed out 4/27/2025, signs out 4/29/2024 3. Agenda Modifications None Requested 4. Disposal of Unapproved Minutes –December 9th , 2024 – Business Meeting (Motion Required) 5. Report of Officers – State of Treasury – Treasurer Watts Monthly Treasurers report (Motion Required) 6. Committee Reports Compliance Committee Report ACC Committee Report Current out of compliance homeowner is still going through litigation with the state of Florida Insurance Board Street Parking Mailbox Lights Trash Cans Beautification Committee Report 7. Old Business Dues notices were mailed to each homeowner in late November with a due date set at January 1, 2025. Currently there are 7 addresses that have not paid their 2025 dues. Certified letters will be sent to homeowners on 5/6/2025, giving 14 days’ notice until the matter will be turned over to legal and lien processes will start. 8. New Business Remaining meeting schedule for 2025, 8/4, 11/3 9. BOD Business Meeting Open Forum (a) – Rules adopted per Florida Statute 720.303(2)(b) Community members may speak on any designated agenda topic presented at business meeting after signing in at the beginning of the meeting Members are requested to limit their address to five minutes on each topic with total time allotted to each speaker not to exceed 20 minutes. Members must disclose that recording or videotaping of meeting is taking place. 10. The next meeting, Annual Members Meeting, will be scheduled on Monday August 4th, 2025, at St. Sylvester Church at 7:00 PM. 11. Adjournment – (Motion Required) |
