      1. Current out of compliance homeowner’s insurance company went into default and claim turned over to State of Florida Insurance board. Will continue to check with them before meetings for status updates.
   3. Beautification Committee Report
      1. Lawn Care Contract awarded to Midway Lawn Service
         1. Homeowners are eligible for a 10% discount for signing up for services with them.

   1. Meeting schedule for 2023
      1. July 10^th, September 11^th, November 6^th, December 4th
9. BOD Business Meeting Open Forum (a) – Rules adopted per Florida Statute 720.303(2)(b) 
   1. Community members may speak on any designated agenda topic presented at business meeting after signing in at the beginning of the meeting
   2. Members are requested to limit their address to five minutes on each topic with total time allotted to each speaker not to exceed 20 minutes. 
   3. Members must disclose that recording or videotaping of meeting is taking place. 
10. The next meeting, Business Meeting, will be scheduled on Monday September 11th, 2023, at St. Sylvester Church at 7:00 PM.
