  1. Current out of compliance homeowner has gone through litigation and is now awaiting an offer of settlement. Will continue to check with them before meetings for status updates.
  1. One member requested to replace an older pergola. Letter of approval was sent after circulation.
1. Beautification Committee Report
  1. Lawn Care Contract awarded to Midway Lawn Service
    1. Homeowners are eligible for a 10% discount for signing up for services with them.
Old Business
1. As of April 25^th, 4 homeowners are past due. Certified letters for 30 day notification of final notice sent on 4/17/2023. Legal counsel has been approached in case needed.
New Business
1. Meeting schedule for 2023
  1. May 1^st, July 10^th, September 11^th, November 6^th, December 4th
BOD Business Meeting Open Forum (a) – Rules adopted per Florida Statute 720.303(2)(b)
1. Community members may speak on any designated agenda topic presented at business meeting after signing in at the beginning of the meeting
1. Members are requested to limit their address to five minutes on each topic with total time allotted to each speaker not to exceed 20 minutes.
1. Members must disclose that recording or videotaping of meeting is taking place.
The next meeting, Business Meeting, will be scheduled on Monday July 10th, 2023, at St. Sylvester Church at 7:00 PM.
