5. Report of Officers – State of Treasury – Treasurer Watts

   1. ACC Committee Report 
      1. Current out of compliance homeowner has gone through litigation and is now awaiting an offer of settlement. Will continue to check with them before meetings for status updates
   1. Beautification Committee Report
      1. Need to get bids for 2023 mowing contract – No responses via email. Need someone to call list that was emailed.
         1. Retention Pond strips
         1. Fronts of signs
         1. Area around perimeter along 399/East Bay
         1. Weed Beds as needed
      1. Had a conversation with current company, he is willing to submit a quote as well. 
      1. Fall decorations put out.
7. Old Business

   1. Update of fining schedule – Legal requested a few changes in the paragraphs above the table. Will need to revisit and check with attorney.

   1. First review of 2023 Budget
9. BOD Business Meeting Open Forum (a) – Rules adopted per Florida Statute 720.303(2)(b) 
   1. Community members may speak on any designated agenda topic presented at business meeting after signing in at the beginning of the meeting
   1. Members are requested to limit their address to five minutes on each topic with total time allotted to each speaker not to exceed 20 minutes. 
   1. Members must disclose that recording or videotaping of meeting is taking place. 
10. The next meeting, Board Meeting, will be scheduled on Monday December 7th, 2022, at St. Sylvester Church at 7:00 PM.
