  1. Book libraries are almost complete. Waiting on Florida 811 to mark utilities.

1. Storage Unit acquisition – 5×10’ storage unit – Need to complete
1. Hot Dog Social July 3^rd, in Elodie Cul-De-Sac, HOA is providing Dogs and Drinks. Residents are asked to bring sides or desserts and to park near retention ponds and walk down to lessen the number of cars in the cul-de-sac. Please BYOC (Bring your own chair).

BOD Business Meeting Open Forum (a) – Rules adopted per Florida Statute 720.303(2)(b)
1. Community members may speak on any designated agenda topic presented at business meeting after signing in at the beginning of the meeting
1. Members are requested to limit their address to five minutes on each topic with total time allotted to each speaker not to exceed 20 minutes.
1. Members must disclose that recording or videotaping of meeting is taking place.
The next meeting will be scheduled on Monday August 2nd, 2021 at St. Sylvester Church at 7:00 PM.
