4. 4. Disposal of Unapproved Minutes –May 2nd, 2022 – Business Meeting (Motion Required) 
5. 5. Report of Officers – State of Treasury – Treasurer Watts

   • Compliance Committee Report 
     1. Need one more compliance committee member preferably from Melissa Oaks
   • ACC Committee Report 
     1. Pre-fine letters are on hold pending for hurricane related repairs
        1. Discussion to lift Hurricane hold
   • Beautification Committee Report
     1. Planning a landscaping day to refurbish the plants in the sign flowerbeds.
     2. Decorations placed for Memorial Day and Fourth of July

   1. Discuss the removal of the hold on Hurricane related repairs. It is now 21 months post Hurricane Sally.
   2. Delay September meeting by one week due to Labor Day – September 12, 2022
9. 9. BOD Business Meeting Open Forum (a) – Rules adopted per Florida Statute 720.303(2)(b) 
   • Community members may speak on any designated agenda topic presented at business meeting after signing in at the beginning of the meeting
   • Members are requested to limit their address to five minutes on each topic with total time allotted to each speaker not to exceed 20 minutes. 
   • Members must disclose that recording or videotaping of meeting is taking place. 
10. The next meeting, Board Meeting, will be scheduled on Monday September 12th, 2022, at St. Sylvester Church at 7:00 PM.
