- Pre-fine letters are on hold pending for hurricane related repairs: Holds on repairs will be lifted during July 11th meeting
- Beautification Committee Report
- Slight changes to be made to sign flower beds to clean it up a bit. Message will be sent via that group to discuss a working day.
- The light at Melissa Oaks sign appears to have failed. Sonny is going to look in records and see where we bought the one that was there.

- 1 dues assessment left will send certified letter to homeowner.

- Discussion on replacement lighted mailbox posts. The formerly approved model is no longer sold. We are still looking at what the next viable version would be that would fit the neighborhood aesthetics.
- 9. BOD Business Meeting Open Forum (a) – Rules adopted per Florida Statute 720.303(2)(b)
- Complaint of excessive speed from motorcycles. An email will be sent to offending home.
