Attendees: President Conwell, Vice President Jacobson, Secretary Stroschein(absent), Boardmember Kibler Treasurer Watts, one homeowner.

  1. Pre-fine letters are on hold pending for hurricane related repairs
- Beautification Committee Report
  1. Fall decorations for signs acquired and put out.
  2. Neighborhood table for Halloween night 5-6 PM at corner of Elodie and Melissa Oaks
  3. Lighting for fences along Elodie, one temporarily installed, three others will be installed once a suitable mounting arrangement can be made.
  4. We had one home take part in the neighborhood garage sale. They were very successful and had a good time with it.

1. Discussion on trash cans not being put away after trash pickup. Offenders will be contacted.
2. Discussion on trailer parking. Offenders will be contacted.
9. BOD Business Meeting Open Forum (a) – Rules adopted per Florida Statute 720.303(2)(b)
10. The next meeting will be scheduled on Monday November 1^st , 2021 at St. Sylvester Church at 7:00 PM.
