Board of Directors Business Meeting Minutes 
Monday September 13th, 2021

Attendees: President Conwell, Vice President Jacobson, Secretary Stroschein (absent), Boardmember Kibler, Treasurer Watts, one homeowner.

   •  Search for replacement D&O insurance provider as the company providing services has pulled out of Florida.  Agent states there are other companies but rates aren’t available until Mid-November
   • Initial Read-out of tentative budget
9. 9. BOD Business Meeting Open Forum (a) – Rules adopted per Florida Statute 720.303(2)(b) 
   • Mail US Mail, notice of meetings to people without emails.
     1. Topic of discussion about validity of email and Florida Spam act. 
   •  Discussion on “Reserves” account for Treasury. Since we have income of less than $100k per year there is no state requirement for a separate account.  However the board agrees that there needs to be a minimum of $8,800 in the bank as that is a bit over 150% of our annual member dues.
