- The compliance committee has three members, and can start compliance processes. Conwell will be in touch with them.
- ACC Committee Report
- Motion was brought forth by Conwell to lift the hold on Hurricane Sally repairs.
- Currently one house is out of compliance, but the board is being kept aware of the actions that are taking place. The board will be in contact before each meeting to be kept apprised of the situation.

- Beautification Committee Report
- Thank you to Sarah Henderson for bringing the board a list of possible companies to service the greens areas. Her list along with several additional will be contacted and requested to submit bids.
- Thank you to Tenna Humphrey for locating the company that is currently servicing the north side of 399. They are unable to add our area to their mowing contract, but they have been added to the list of companies for bids.
- Quotes are requested for Mow/Trim/Edge Entrances, signs and Retention strips – bi-weekly

- Discussion on replacement lighted mailbox posts. Conwell obtained a working parts list for mailbox replacement from Wes Henderson. He will put together the list and send it out to the mailing list in the next newsletter. Andy J, and others have volunteered to assist in the replacements. Current costs would be around $300 to $450 depending on work needed.
- Discussion on having street numbers painted for safety services and delivery to better identify houses. Watts will be leading that effort.
- Reading of the April 2020 Fining schedule, and request for motion to update to an Initial Fine and subsequent daily fine. Motion was passed 3-Yes, 2 – Absent
Discussion to follow Section 3.1(f) which states: A director who fails to attend three consecutive meetings of the board shall be considered to have tendered their resignation unless the Board of Directors unanimously rejects such resignation. If the resignation is accepted, the Board of Directors may fill the vacancy for the remaining term until the next annual member meeting or may leave the vacancy unfilled as long as the board still has at least three members.
- Motion made to remove Amanda Stroschein from the board as there has been three consecutive absences. The board thanks her for her time served, but with five people on the current board, going to four is still within the minimum required.

Fines and procedures for enforcing covenants
September 12, 2022
- The Board sends pre-fine letter stating the offense and what should be done to remedy the situation and allow at least 14 days for response.
- If a positive response is received within 14 days, the stated solution will be investigated by the Board. If acceptable, the matter will be concluded, and the homeowner will be notified via email or letter.
- If the proposed response by the homeowner is unacceptable or there is no response received within 14 days, the matter will be turned over to the Compliance Committee (See Below).
- The homeowner will be notified via email or letter that the matter is being turned over to the ComplianceCommittee.
- Within an additional 14 days, the Compliance Committee will offer the homeowner an opportunity for a hearing on the matter and make a decision and relay it to the Board. The options are: (1) to continue with the fining process as specified in the By-Laws Section 6.6, or (2) determine that the offense is not worthy of a fine and inform the Board that no fine will be levied. The Compliance Committee’s work is now completed.
- A final notice will be hand delivered or mailed to the homeowner by the Board that the Initial fine and daily fines will commence seven days from the date of this communication.
