Attendees: President Conwell, Vice President Jacobson, Secretary Kibler, Treasurer Watts.  

Homeowners Present: 2 board spouses, 1 homeowner

  1. Call to order –President Conwell @ 7:05 PM
  2. Report of Notice of meeting – Agenda mailed out 11/26/2022, signs out by Jacobson 12/02/2022

      1. Current out of compliance homeowner has gone through litigation, and deposition from adjuster is awaiting. Will continue to check with them before meetings for status updates

      1. LoriAnn to call and get bids for 2023 mowing contract – No responses via email. Need someone to call list that was emailed.

    1. Budget Approval for 2023 – (Watts, Jacobson)

    1. Update of fining schedule – Discussion with Legal ongoing
    1. Website will be moving to new server in December.
  8. New Business
    1. Request by board member Kibler to look at getting curbs and sidewalks pressure washed to remove staining.  It would be a temporary fix, but would help homeowners stay on top of water stains from sprinkler systems. Requested to get quotes for two primary items curbs and sidewalks for HOA, and a negotiated price for driveway, optional to homeowner.
  9. BOD Business Meeting Open Forum (a) – Rules adopted per Florida Statute 720.303(2)(b)
