Board of Directors Business Meeting Minutes
Monday March 6th, 2023

Attendees:
2023 Board of Directors: President Craig Conwell, Vice-President Lori Ann Jacobson, Secretary Judy Kibler, Treasurer Chester Watts, and homeowner members of the Association.
HOA Members: Andy Jacobson; Frank Kibler; Kristin Conwell; Barbara Fleming
- Call to Order – President Conwell called the meeting to order at 7:03 p.m.
- Report of Notice of HOA Meeting – The HOA Agenda was emailed to all members on March ??, 2023, with signs posted on March 28, 2023.
- Disposal of Unapproved Minutes – March 6, 2023 – Motion to accept the minutes was made by Judy Kibler and seconded by Andy Jacobson.
- Report of Officers – State of Treasury – Treasurer Chester Watts reviewed the Income and Expenditures Report for the time period of January 1 thru April 30, 2023. Income reported was $5,250.00: YTD expenditures totaled $1,840.77; resulting in a balance of $3,409.93. Fifty-three (53) homeowners have paid their yearly dues resulting in five homeowners with unpaid dues. Notices were mailed to five homeowners of which one has paid leaving four with unpaid membership fees. On a motion by Lori Ann Jacobson, seconded by Kristen Conwell, the financial report was approved.
- Committee Reports
- Compliance Committee Report – Angela Miller represented the Compliance Committee and reported that there ere numerous trash cans left on the street after the cans had been emptied. As a reminder, please remove your trash cans from the road and store your trash bins so they are hidden from the view from the street.
- ACC Committee Report – One property within Melissa Oaks continues to present a compliance issue, with present litigation between the homeowner and insurance company. Adjudication of this litigation is scheduled for June 2023.
- New Business
- President Conwell reviewed the HOA meeting schedule for the remainder of the year: July 10th, September 11th, November 6th, and December 4th. The meeting room has been moved to Room 205.
Adjournment – On a motion by Ms. Jacobson, seconded by Ms. Conwell, and with no objection, the meeting was adjourned.
